Frank literally saved my sanity! My computer was doing strange things and I couldn’t connect properly to online conversations and everything took ages or just froze. Frank completely overhauled my computer and helped me become operational again. All done with a kind manner and sense of humour. Thank you Frank.
I have used Frank’s services over the last 18 months and he has been excellent. He kept my old computer going initially far beyond its lifespan, and has now set up my lovely new laptop, transferring all of my old stuff AND making it possible for me to start getting to grips with Windows 11.
I would highly recommend his personal service: he does what you ask him to do, quickly and efficiently. I know that he will always be there if I get a problem that I can’t resolve.

From initial enquiry regarding my extremely cracked computer screen, I had a response within minutes with transparent pricing, timescale and instructions of how I would be able to get my laptop fixed.
The service continued from there with prompt collection of my laptop, regular updates via whatsapp as to the progress and then extremely speedy turnaround time with extra added complimentary services to keep my laptop running smoothly too.
My laptop is even better than it was before I broke it – I couldn’t ask for a more friendly and professional service- will 100% recommend and use again! Thank you!

Frank provided first class service. Collected and delivered my corrupted SD card and recovered 400 precious pictures. Constantly kept me informed of progress. Would highly recommend.
I can’t recommend this business, and Frank in particular, highly enough! I was faced with the dreaded ‘blue screen of death’ on my HP laptop & having tried, and failed, everything to clear it, found the business online … the reviews were brilliant (& so true!), so I made contact with Frank. He was extremely helpful & personally collected the laptop a day later, worked on it straightaway (on a Saturday),
keeping me fully informed as to what he was doing. The hard drive was worn out, so he fitted a new one, retrieved as much as he could from the old one, cleaned up the system and all this on a Sunday and for a very reasonable price. I had my laptop back on Monday morning & it’s been brilliant ever since.
So, if you have a problem with your computer, he’s your man .. thank you Frank!

Once again huge Thank You to Frank. New laptop with Windows 11, Frank transferred all my documents, emails, folders, contacts, photographs, the whole lot to new laptop. As usual from Frank, very quick & efficient service with a smile. I appreciate how he explains things in lay terms for us / me who are not quite so ‘techy’.
