Frank was super helpful transferring some old VHS footage onto DVD.

He was very knowledgeable with all my questions and completed the transfer quickly. 👍 even sent my snippets of the copies to update me on how things were going. We are so happy that we can now watch these videos from our childhood.

Frank has recently converted several cine films and videos for us, as a surprise Christmas present!

He meticulously cleaned and enhanced the old cine film footage, and saved everything to USB within just 2 days. His communication throughout was brilliant. Our precious memories have been restored and saved to digital, and will be treasured forever. Frank is a pleasure to work with, and I’d highly recommend him.

Frank came my way as a triple recommendation for a desperate online community request to save a video from a wasted SD card.

There was nothing to save from it, as it was indeed too wasted.

Frank was recommended to me from a friend and he’s turned out to be a life-saver regarding my partner’s laptop.

Long story short, partner had a cardiac arrest and as a result of that had short-term memory issues, so couldn’t remember his passwords to get into his laptops. Well Frank came over and sorted everything out for him and now my fella can use his laptops with no issues whatsoever. I would 100% recommend Harlow Computer Repairs and we have shared our experience with a few friends already. Also, Frank does not rip you off with over-inflated prices, he is worth his weight in gold. Harlow is very lucky to have such a brilliant and knowledgeable company on their doorstep.
