Once again Frank has come up trumps. He’s repaired and upgraded my computers many times. This time I’ve asked him to upgrade Windows on my laptop today and he’s on the job already. I would not hesitate to recommend him for great service, explanation and cost 10/10

Frank provided first class service. Collected and delivered my corrupted SD card and recovered 400 precious pictures. Constantly kept me informed of progress. Would highly recommend.

I can’t recommend this business, and Frank in particular, highly enough! I was faced with the dreaded ‘blue screen of death’ on my HP laptop & having tried, and failed, everything to clear it, found the business online … the reviews were brilliant (& so true!), so I made contact with Frank. He was extremely helpful & personally collected the laptop a day later, worked on it straightaway (on a Saturday),

keeping me fully informed as to what he was doing. The hard drive was worn out, so he fitted a new one, retrieved as much as he could from the old one, cleaned up the system and all this on a Sunday and for a very reasonable price. I had my laptop back on Monday morning & it’s been brilliant ever since.
So, if you have a problem with your computer, he’s your man .. thank you Frank!

Very pleased with the service offered and problem solved by Frank and would certainly recommend him to any of my friends

Once again huge Thank You to Frank. New laptop with Windows 11, Frank transferred all my documents, emails, folders, contacts, photographs, the whole lot to new laptop. As usual from Frank, very quick & efficient service with a smile. I appreciate how he explains things in lay terms for us / me who are not quite so ‘techy’.
Frank gave me excellent advice regarding back-up with my new set up.

I cannot recommend Frank and the team at Harlow Computer Repairs highly enough. I was really worried that my laptop could not be fixed but once in the hands of Frank I was assured it could be and now it is not only working but runs much smoother and faster than before all thanks to Franks outstanding work. I was updated on the work being down to my computer every step of the way and was not only pleasantly surprised at how quickly my laptop was returned to me but also how low the cost of the repair was. I would recommend everybody use Harlow Computer Repairs as they are simply the best and I cannot thank them enough for all the outstanding work they have done for me 🙂

Frank has just converted a 40 year old 8mm cine film and has done a cracking job. Great quality and fast turnaround. Brilliant to be able to watch these old memories again. Thank you Frank

Frank is amazing! I’d booked an initial consultation with Frank but he persevered & in a few hours had my PC running so much more efficiently, due to my lack of computer knowledge and me just winging it, it was running so poorly.
It had so many threats & was very outdated, due to me not updating the relevant files!
Frank didn’t give up (well apart from his Friday evening) and it’s now running so much more efficiently, it’s upto date antivirus software, Windows etc.

I’ve kept his number safely for future advice & consulting which will hopefully not be required unless we’re purchasing a new PC.

This man is amazing. Hugely experienced, fast and cheerful service. Very reasonable charges and fair dealing. Wish I’d found him before I tried others.
