Frank provided first class service. Collected and delivered my corrupted SD card and recovered 400 precious pictures. Constantly kept me informed of progress. Would highly recommend.
I can’t recommend this business, and Frank in particular, highly enough! I was faced with the dreaded ‘blue screen of death’ on my HP laptop & having tried, and failed, everything to clear it, found the business online … the reviews were brilliant (& so true!), so I made contact with Frank. He was extremely helpful & personally collected the laptop a day later, worked on it straightaway (on a Saturday),
keeping me fully informed as to what he was doing. The hard drive was worn out, so he fitted a new one, retrieved as much as he could from the old one, cleaned up the system and all this on a Sunday and for a very reasonable price. I had my laptop back on Monday morning & it’s been brilliant ever since.
So, if you have a problem with your computer, he’s your man .. thank you Frank!

Once again huge Thank You to Frank. New laptop with Windows 11, Frank transferred all my documents, emails, folders, contacts, photographs, the whole lot to new laptop. As usual from Frank, very quick & efficient service with a smile. I appreciate how he explains things in lay terms for us / me who are not quite so ‘techy’.

I cannot recommend Frank and the team at Harlow Computer Repairs highly enough. I was really worried that my laptop could not be fixed but once in the hands of Frank I was assured it could be and now it is not only working but runs much smoother and faster than before all thanks to Franks outstanding work. I was updated on the work being down to my computer every step of the way and was not only pleasantly surprised at how quickly my laptop was returned to me but also how low the cost of the repair was.
