My 2016 Tower Computer got slower and slower and then even stopped switching on.
I was very worried because I hadn’t backed up my files for a while, so I got in touch with this company after seeing their advert and they have been amazing.
My computer was collected Monday and after testing everything, Frank confirmed the problem and asked if I would like him to transfer my hard drive into another tower, which I agreed to. While he was doing this he sent me pictures and videos.
It was a complete success and after only 2 days I have my computer back with all my files etc. intact. Plus it is now faster and brighter too.

Just bought a new HP Laptop and being rubbish at IT I needed docs, photos and progs transferred from my old device and set up on the new one. Had the blue screen of death due to a defect SSD. Called Frank who collected on Wednesday found the fault, replaced the parts ( after ok’ing with me first) and returned the computer better then ever on Friday. He kept me informed all the way both by text and pics.
