my laptop had a complete meltdown and it was touch and go whether it was repairable or not. but Frank is a genius and not only salvaged the pc but it works better than ever. kept me up to date the whole way through and was extremely well priced for the work… if yr looking for a repair or service on yr pc DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE
Taken back how amazing franks service has been. From start to finish. I was so worried I was going to lose all my content on my all in one and most importantly a lifetime of pictures but frank saved all this for me. With a lot of perseverance Frank brought my dead laptop back to life and retrieved important photos, documents and music from my dead hard drive.

I badly needed someone to fix the sound of my laptop so I contacted him not knowing I got even worst problem than just that. But he does fix the major problems very efficiently and he keeps me updated with what he is doing which is great since I don’t know anything about laptops. Frank literally saved my sanity! My computer was doing strange things and I couldn’t connect properly to online conversations and everything took ages or just froze. I have used Frank’s services over the last 18 months and he has been excellent. He kept my old computer going initially far beyond its lifespan, and has now set up my lovely new laptop, transferring all of my old stuff AND making it possible for me to start getting to grips with Windows 11.

From initial enquiry regarding my extremely cracked computer screen, I had a response within minutes with transparent pricing, timescale and instructions of how I would be able to get my laptop fixed.
The service continued from there with prompt collection of my laptop, regular updates via whatsapp as to the progress and then extremely speedy turnaround time with extra added complimentary services to keep my laptop running smoothly too.
