The fan wasn’t working on my laptop, within a couple of hours it was in Frank’s safe hands.

Got it back in less than 24 hours, repaired, windows 11 installed and with new anti virus protection. He kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend!

Frank saved me from disaster with my laptop.Very good service and kept up with information on progress.When I received the laptop back it was working well except the audio was not functioning.I gave him a call to book another appointment.He called back and remotely connected with my pc and fixed the problem.I didn’t expect that as he was rushing to go out with his wife.Anyway, I hope he’s not getting divorced because of me. What a great bloke and an excellent service at good prices

I cannot praise Frank’s service highly enough. Collected our ancient broken Lenovo all-in-one on Wednesday and returned it fixed first thing Friday. Outstanding service all round and thoroughly recommended.

Had a problem with my computer . Frank had it picked up in the morning . Looked it the same day .Carried out a load of updates and the problem was resolved . Returned the computer the same day . What he charged was minimal .

I texted Frank about an issue with water on my laptop keyboard, he immediately told me my options and what to do as he was busy.

He passed me to a friend of his who is now dealing with the issue. Frank was very responsive and understood how pressing the issue was. I woudl definately use Frank in the future should any issues arise.

Frank was very good at transferring my dad old cassette over 20 years .Which they had mould. He managed to capture and transfer all my dad’s videos into a usb. He did all very quickly. I enjoyed the communication and updates I was receiving while he was working on. Bought back lots of memories . Thank you so much I highly recommend him.
