Frank was recommended to me from a friend and he’s turned out to be a life-saver regarding my partner’s laptop.
Long story short, partner had a cardiac arrest and as a result of that had short-term memory issues, so couldn’t remember his passwords to get into his laptops. Well Frank came over and sorted everything out for him and now my fella can use his laptops with no issues whatsoever. My computer packed up after trying to upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11 on a 2015 laptop.
After a while I was faced with just a blue screen I couldn’t get past. Hard drive had failed, but Frank was able to recover many of my files and transfer to a new laptop. Lots of advice received and he updated me throughout on WhatsApp, installed Norton and Microsoft package and organised folders and programs in a similar way I had set up on my old one.
Very thoughtful, very trustworthy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him ! Thank you Frank.

Frank is knowledgeable, professional,

Frank saved me from disaster with my laptop.Very good service and kept up with information on progress.When I received the laptop back it was working well except the audio was not functioning.I gave him a call to book another appointment.He called back and remotely connected with my pc and fixed the problem.I didn’t expect that as he was rushing to go out with his wife.Anyway, I hope he’s not getting divorced because of me. What a great bloke and an excellent service at good prices
