Had a problem with my computer . Frank had it picked up in the morning . Looked it the same day .Carried out a load of updates and the problem was resolved . Returned the computer the same day . What he charged was minimal .

I texted Frank about an issue with water on my laptop keyboard, he immediately told me my options and what to do as he was busy.

He passed me to a friend of his who is now dealing with the issue. Frank was very responsive and understood how pressing the issue was. I woudl definately use Frank in the future should any issues arise.

A speedy helpful service would definitely use this company again.

Frank was very good at transferring my dad old cassette over 20 years .Which they had mould. He managed to capture and transfer all my dad’s videos into a usb. He did all very quickly. I enjoyed the communication and updates I was receiving while he was working on. Bought back lots of memories . Thank you so much I highly recommend him.

I’ve been using Frank to solve all my computer issues for 5 years now. He is always quick to respond when I need help and mostly work is done remotely so I don’t even have to travel. My 2016 Tower Computer got slower and slower and then even stopped switching on.
I was very worried because I hadn’t backed up my files for a while, so I got in touch with this company after seeing their advert and they have been amazing.
My computer was collected Monday and after testing everything, Frank confirmed the problem and asked if I would like him to transfer my hard drive into another tower, which I agreed to. While he was doing this he sent me pictures and videos.
It was a complete success and after only 2 days I have my computer back with all my files etc. intact. Plus it is now faster and brighter too.
So I highly recommend Harlow Computer Repairs for their speedy, efficient and brilliant service.
