Frank saved me from disaster with my laptop.Very good service and kept up with information on progress.When I received the laptop back it was working well except the audio was not functioning.I gave him a call to book another appointment.He called back and remotely connected with my pc and fixed the problem.I didn’t expect that as he was rushing to go out with his wife.Anyway, I hope he’s not getting divorced because of me. What a great bloke and an excellent service at good prices
