All the glowing reviews are real; I contacted Frank late Saturday with an unusual problem, where I required a perfectly working 20 year old computer for a specific purpose. By Sunday I had exactly what I need and by Monday everything was back up and running. I believe Frank went beyond my expectations, very pleasant and easy to talk to, excellent communication and he knew exactly what I needed. I cannot recommend his services highly enough and it was nice to see such excellent customer services still exists. Thank you for all your help and the extra equipment.
