Spoke to Frank with regards to Windows 10 glitch, and he meticulously diagnosed my laptop remotely and we found nothing amiss, he found out it was a Windows 10 problem that Microsoft recognised and has now been resolved by them. I was glad he could help in a very easy and understanding way and during the period we were in discussion gave useful help and other tips on the running of my laptop. I have no hesitation in recommending Frank to others, THANK YOU.
