Frank was very good at transferring my dad old cassette over 20 years . Which they had mould. He managed to capture and transfer all my dad’s videos into a usb. He did all very quickly. I enjoyed the communication and updates I was receiving while he was working on. Bought back lots of memories . Thank you so much I highly recommend him.
